The Site is owned and operated by Chase Hughes or Applied Behavior Research, LLC, and is accessed by you under the terms of use described below (“Terms of Use”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE. 2. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS OF USE
Chase Hughes or Applied Behavior Research, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, Chase Hughes or Applied Behavior Research, LLC will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site. 5. INDEMNITY
You will indemnify and hold harmless Chase Hughes or Applied Behavior Research, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys. fees and cost) from (i) any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to or use of the Site or any content on the Site, violation of the Terms of Use by you, or the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

The Software is a “commercial item” as defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, consisting of “commercial computer software”.

The Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between users of the Site and Chase Hughes or Applied Behavior Research, LLC, and regarding the subject matter hereof. If you breach any term of the Terms of Use, Chase Hughes or Applied Behavior Research, LLC may pursue any legal or equitable remedy available, including but not limited to, direct, consequential, and punitive damages and injunctive relief. Chase Hughes or Applied Behavior Research, LLC’s remedies are cumulative and not exclusive. Failure of Chase Hughes or Applied Behavior Research, LLC to exercise any remedy or enforce any portion of the Terms of Use at any time shall not operate as a waiver of any remedy or of the right to enforce any portion of the Agreement at any time thereafter. Users of this Site are responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations and laws. Any dispute arising out of the Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Virginia, notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles. Any action relating to the Terms of Use must be filed and maintained in a court in the state of Virginia, USA, and users consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts for such purpose.


REFUNDS AND COURSE GUARANTEES:
There are no refunds for our online courses once the course has been accessed.We do not refund digital downloads.

For live in person or live and online courses, we have limited time to work directly with you if there is a group setting of any kind. We want to make sure you leave the course with the exact Return on Investment you wanted at the outset. However, there are about 2% of people who simply won't be satisfied with a course for myriad reasons.

In order to get a refund, you must: 

1) Attend the entire program. If you are late, miss days or time in the program, you will not be entitled to the refund. 
2) Provide feedback on each day of the event, and do the homework that is required.
3) Communicate with Sara or the team in good faith about any dissatisfaction during the event. You must allow the staff sufficient time to address your concerns and for Chase to address the issue specifically. You must communicate your concerns prior to the third day of the event. 


If you meet the 3 requirements listed above and still are not satisfied, we can offer additional compensation in the form of a credit towards other products and courses.
