Board Certification Process for NCI Level 4: Certified Coach Training 

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Pre-requisite Training: Completion of NCI Levels 1 through 3 (Mastery)  or equivalent training and experience.

2. Application Submission

• Application Form: Complete the NCI Level 4 application form and sit for the interview.
• Professional References: Submit at least two professional references attesting to your coaching skills and experience.
• Documentation: Provide evidence of prior training and work experience that would be relevant to this training program.

3. Preparatory Training

• NCI Level 4 Training: Enroll in and complete the pre-work for the NCI Level 4 four-day intensive training program.

4. Examination

• Written Exam: Pass a comprehensive written examination covering all aspects of NeuroCognitive Intelligence coaching.
• Practical Assessment: Demonstrate coaching skills and techniques within the NCI communication management platform, evaluated by NCI-certified trainers.
• Sit for Boards: You will sit before a panel of experts and demonstrate your expertise. Board certification ensures the integrity of the process and gives you and  your clients that extra level of confidence.

5. Practical Experience

• Documented Coaching Hours: Submit a log of at least 40 hours of coaching practice post-completion of NCI Level 4 training.

6. Professional Conduct Evaluation

• Background Check: Successfully clear a background check.
• Ethical Standards: Agree to adhere to NCI's code of ethics and professional conduct.
• Insurance Check: Maintain professional liability and general liability insurance policies with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000.

7. Continuing Education

• Ongoing Learning: Complete at least 20 hours of approved continuing education every year to maintain certification.

8. Recertification

• Recertification Requirement: Apply for recertification every year, which includes submission of proof of continuing education and at least 100 hours ongoing professional practice.

9. Fees

• Certification and Examination Fees: Pay applicable fees for the examination, certification, and recertification process.

10. Issuance of Certification

• Certification Awarded: Upon successful completion of all requirements, receive the NCI Level 4: Certified Coach certification, recognizing your expertise and mastery in NeuroCognitive Intelligence coaching.
