A LEGACY OF DEPTH

THE STORY OF NCI

WE HAVE A

SINGLE MISSION:

To forcefully push the boundaries of what's possible with human behavior to protect national interests.

Chase became disturbingly aware of serious issues that plagued our intelligence operations.

From interrogation to asset recruiting, our national intelligence personnel were getting training that was no better than what they could have gleaned from a YouTube video about rapport, influence, body language, and persuasion. As a result, we were losing critical intelligence, neglecting opportunities, and people could be losing their lives.

THE
MAP

He spent almost a decade deciphering the human matrix

In an effort to locate the farthest 'wall' where human influence ended, Chase discovered that it didn't. He began to develop a map for influence and behavior profiling to enable people in our agencies to read humans, and influence their behavior. It all started with The Behavioral Table of Elements. Later, this blueprint of behavior provided crucial elements that enabled targeted persuasion, instead of the 'pretty effective' methods that had been previously taught.

Twelve years into development, Chase and his team made a shocking discovery:

The human brain has no firewall.

Chase worked diligently to develop what is now known as The Behavior Pilot program for our agencies and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) commands. Chase made three very disruptive discoveries here that drastically altered the previously held notions of what influence and persuasion meant.

  • Influence is 70-80% based on the personality of the person executing it

  • Authority is what creates most obedience and compliance, and it's wildly different from what academics say that it is

  • The ability to tailor influence skills in the moment, based on behavioral indicators, is the critical point of success or failure

TRAINING

After he developed his first government training program, then called CuePrime, Chase brought his work to the community.

A year later, his CuePrime curriculum was published to the public, and quickly became an international bestseller. The Ellipsis Manual contains the original curriculum of the CuePrime courses, and it's still the #1 bestseller on the market.

After 13 years of research, experimentation, training, and in-field study, Chase worked with the world's leading experts and discovered one of his most famous quotes:

"Results matter much more than credentials."

The people who taught seminars in persuasion and people-reading simply weren't able to demonstrate their skills in real time, though their curriculum sounded wonderful. Chase had to devise a system that was easy to replicate, quick to learn, and produced reliable results in the field.

The Behavior Pilot system has been employed for years now, and has stood the ultimate test:

Does this work when my life is on the line?

The system has roots in academic research, but as Chase is fond of saying, "There's a massive difference between academic-based, and results-based." Behavior Pilot is a culmination of the most powerful techniques in the world. Not academic experts, but people who've used these skills in real life, where failure meant potential death or capture.

We humbly offer our training to you, and it's our sincere and honest desire that you both master the skills in the system, and use them for the benefit of others.

  • WEAPON

  • DANGEROUS

  • IRRESPONSIBLE

  • WEAPONIZED PSYCHOLOGY

While the training has been called many things, it is a tool. Much like a weapon, it can be used for good or evil.

OUTCOMES

THE PINNACLE

Today, our courses and training materials serve the people who want to make a difference.

Some want an edge. Some want the unfair advantage. Some just want a superpower.

In the end, however, what we all want is choice. We want to choose the outcomes we get in life.

WHEN RESULTS COUNT,

SO DOES THE TRAINING
